Isabel is finally feeling more like herself after Friday's argument with Max and last night's odd dream. That's why the door is open as she plays with Annie, laughing as she used her powers to send a ball of crumpled up paper around the room for the cat to chase.

Parker had not been showering all day to get the prison smell out of her hair. She'd been soaking in the tub.

But there's only so long you can do that, so, feeling human again, she ventured out to catch up with people. "Hey. Hey, Annie. Okay, that's... pretty damn funny."

"Ohhhh, interesting." Parker wandered in, and kicked the paper ball closer to Annie. "The band got arrested. And a shot at a recording audition. There were bikers. And a drunk girl with a traffic cone on her head."

"Mmmm. Sydney showed up at one point and told the entire band embarassing stories of my early childhood." Parker crouched down to pet Annie. "It was like a long, surreal dream, with the occasional detours into nightmare, not helped by sleeplessness and snoring baby bikers." She sighed. "So. What've you been up to?"

"Wait! Sydney showed up? Why?" she asked, not quite ready to talk about her weekend of hiding away. "Don't tell me you got arrested to!"

"That biker had that kick coming. So did the guy who's hand I stomped." Parker smirked a little, then her face feel marginally. "There were bail issues. I don't want to talk about it. But Sydney's pound of flesh was brunch at IHOP with the band." She shrugged. "The band had fun, at the gig, the fight, and in jail. I'm considering getting them tested or something."

"I'm sure they did." Isabel grinned, then shrugged. "The band is made up of students from Fandom High. I'm not surprised they thought all that was fun. Remember, we think fighting monsters should be a school sport or something."

Parker snorted. "If they wouldn't have been evidence, I would've gotten pictures. Chad tossing the bikers around like stuffed animals, this one chick nearly giving herself a concussion on Pippi, Nadia whacking a guy with the mic stand, Zero tricking a blonde into holding the mallet when the cops showed up-- it was hysterical, in between the screaming. Peter and Ranma and Pip did their part too." She rolled her eyes. "We got lucky, I talked to the bar owner today, there's not going to be any charges."

"English Peter and I pulled together a last minute trip to DC on Thursday. A bunch of us went up to the musuems and wandered around for the day," she explained. "Then Friday night Zero's band played up in Baltimore and people went up to see the show."
