Room 406, evening

Despite having fun at Alec's party last night, Isabel wasn't in the greatest of moods as she wandered about her room straightening up. Her package hadn't been delivered and she'd had to say goodbye to both Alanna and Greg.

Grumbling as she put the last of her clean laundry away, Isabel flopped down on the bed and reached for a book.

The door was open.

"Honestly? I don't remember. I didn't take either one of them," Isabel admitted. "I took Things to do at the Beach, Archery and I forget what else."

"Have you been to Caritas? Creepy Guy is also known as GOB, the owner," Isabel replied. "He made a pass at me once. It was not fun."

"Sadly no," she said. "He was driving me to prom in a golf cart at the time so I couldn't. I waited till the next time I was in Caritas and dumped a drink over his head."

"You can't miss him. I honestly think his picture is in the dictionary next to smarmy."

Isabel pulled her legs up and rested her chin on them. "So are you set for the move to the cabins? I wasn't thrilled with the idea last year, but it turned out to be a lot of fun. Just be prepared to overload on marshmallows."

"Never lived in a cabin before," Peter admitted. "But I'm pretty laid-back. Bed, roof, I'm good to go."

"It takes togetherness to an entirely new level. But it's fun. At least as long as no one sends a largish flock of ducks through the back door to invade," she said. It's been long enough that she can actually smile at the memory. "We had a bit of a prank war last year."

"It was fun. We snuck in one night and moved them out to the middle of the camp while they were sleeping. Plus I turned their hair colors," Isabel laughed. "Then they blew up a cheesecake and screwed with out hot water supply. It was fun."

"I don't know. Given the way they did cabin assignments this time I doubt it," she shrugged. "Plus most of the Stickbugs are gone so unless the newbies are insane, things should be calmer."
